Only just catching up after a brilliant busy weekend!
My first two-day workshop at Shalfleet Village Hall.
Two days of fantastic felt making
painting with fibres, experimenting with textures and working in 3-D
designing and felting bags, bowls, cushion covers and pebbles!

Wonderful location, unbelievable weather and a lovely group of ladies
(four had travelled all the way from Essex) bringing with them lots of
enthusiasm and LOTS of delicious food - bread, soup, quiche and cake…
All home-made, what could be better!

Here’s just a small selection of pictures…

… still getting use to my new camera!

It was a successful couple of days and we covered a lot of ground
(maybe not as much as I’d planned)
but ideally we would have needed a week for that!

Running the two days side by side works really well.
It's hard work but it's great not to have to pack away everything after Day One!

I'm planning more two-day sessions for early 2015
at Shalfleet and will be posting dates soon

but I can’t promise such wonderful weather!
